Tigaru (tigaru.com) is a free 60-second strength test for guys who lift. Tell it your age, bodyweight and best lifts, and it gives you a tier from Lil Bro to Monster++ and a rank against other guys.

Do I need to download anything?

No. It works in any browser on your phone or computer, including the TikTok browser.

How is my tier worked out?
